Evening of the Awards
On November 11, 2024, we hosted the 2024 'Hurun UK Under30s & Under35s Conference & Awards', spotlighting the achievements of the UK's top and most exciting entrepreneurs of 2024 in partnership with Evelyn Partners and sponsored by the Scale Up Collective powered by Odgers Berndtson and Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd.
Set at the Evelyn Partners offices in the centre of London, the afternoon and evening were filled with excitement, energy, and brilliance, with over 100 guests and over 30 of our top 2024 Under30s and Under35s Award winners!
Among the distinguished recipients were 24 winners of the UK Under30s awards from Hurun’s UK Under30 Young Entrepreneur to Watch list. These individuals showcased remarkable talents and innovations, including Elise Jenkins, Maxwell Munford from OSSTEC, and the three young founders of KAIKAKU.
Additionally, the event honoured 8 outstanding entrepreneurs from Hurun's UK 2024 Under35s Entrepreneurs to Watch list, including luminaries like Dhaval Patel from Universal Partners, Hugo Campbell and Digby Vollrath from Togather, and Anna Veronika Dorogush from Recraft.
We had two great panel discussions throughout the evening:The first was with Unicorn founders, Paul Hamilton from the impressive UK Unicorn Halo Service Solutions and George Bevis, former founder and CEO of Tide.
Our second panel was joined by some of our inspiring Uth Series 2024 award winners, discussing each of their companies and scaling up their businesses in the UK. This panel included Dr. Sioned Fôn Jones from BoobyBiome, Miroslav Gasparek from Sensible Biotechnologies, Oliver Carson from Universal Partners, and Antton Peña from Flock.
The evening highlighted the immense talent and potential within the UK's young entrepreneurial community, setting the stage for even greater achievements in the years to come. You could feel the energy and talent in the room!

We had a great fireside chat led by Rupert Hoogewerf with Unicorn founders, Paul Hamilton and George Bevis. It was great to hear from them their experiences and the trials and tribulations one goes through on the journey.
